What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number, booking details and the pre-session form you choose to complete. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Only to arrange and deliver your sessions, send booking and session reminders, and support you. We never sell your information.
Who can see it
Your pre-session form and booking details are visible only to you, the practitioner you booked, and authorised Vital Mantra administrators.
How we protect it
Your information is stored securely with access controls that limit each person to the records they are allowed to see. All connections use encryption (HTTPS).
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time from your Dashboard using “Delete my account”. This removes your profile and pre-session forms; past booking and payment records are kept for accounting without your personal details. You can also ask us to correct your information through the Contact page or WhatsApp.
